Durante a temporada de desova de 2020/2021 e com o objetivo de sensibilizar as diversas comunidades piscatórias da ilha de uma forma simples, cativante e divertida, o Programa Tatô tem vindo a apresentar o teatro intitulado “Tataluga Mem di Omali”. O teatro é um dos veículos de informação mais eficazes em São Tomé e a peça, escrita pela nossa equipa, conta a história de uma tartaruga que é capturada na praia e com a ajuda de um membro da comunidade e de um agente local é libertada. Durante este processo, todos os intervenientes ficam sensibilizados e decidem ajudar a proteger estas espécies emblemáticas!
During the 2020/2021 nesting season, aiming to raise awareness on the fishing communities in a simple, engaging, and funny way, Programa Tatô has been presenting the theatre play untitled “Tataluga Mem di Omali”. The theatre is one of the most efficient vehicles of information in São Tomé and this one, wrote by our team, tells the story of a harvested sea turtle that was released with the help of a member of a fishing community and a local agent of Programa Tatô. During this process, all the community is engaged and decides to protect these emblematic species!
